It is written for parents, teachers and other adults, not for children.

Dak Duck printables are sold through the Etsy shop DakDuckStudioMY, which is operated by the company's founder as an individual Etsy seller. PLANYGO SOFTWARE SDN. BHD. is not the seller of Etsy orders.

5. Licence for Dak Duck printables5. 达克学习材料的使用授权

Every Dak Duck printable bought from the Etsy shop comes with a personal-use licence. The licence is granted by the shop DakDuckStudioMY, as the seller, together with your purchase; it is printed in each Etsy listing and inside the files. This section summarises it.

• if you are a teacher or tutor, print them for your own class or your own tuition students;

• claim the files or the artwork as your own work.

The licence is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred. It lets you use the files as described above; it does not give you any ownership of, or other rights in, the artwork, characters or designs. If the licence in a listing or in the files differs from this summary, the licence in the listing applies to that purchase. Using the files, including the PNG images, on your own devices, as the listings describe, is part of the personal use the licence allows.
